You are not the only one that got fat after highschool. I was never a skinny girl. I am almost back to the size I was in high school, and my goal is to be smaller. I have run into lots of skinny girls that aren't so skinny anymore. Don't worry about it. Just know that you can get back there!

As long as its during the day, I say go for it and go all out. You pay to live there and have the right to live your life. Daylight hours are fair game. If your neighbor is cool, he won't mind that you are trying to improve yourself.

Also, if you know you areproducing adequately,you can just add breastfeeding -500cals under food. Make sure you eat them back. If not, your production can suffer.

If you are fully breast feeding, and cannot measure the breast milk, then you can guesstimate. Add it under food. Breast feeding is in foods. I was pumping exclusively so I could measure exactly. It adds 20 cals per ounce pumped. I logged everything I pumped and ate those calories back.

So I am down 7 inches off my waist and 7 inches off my hips. Holy crap, your idea was just crazy, to SEE where I started. Sometimes when I look in the mirror, I don't see physical change. That was something I could really see. Great idea!

If you are losing at that much of a deficit, then once you hit your goal, slowly start increasing calories until you stop losing. Any of the online calculators will give you a much higher calorie goal to maintain. If you follow them, you will gain weight because you have been eating at such a large deficit. So add in…
