I think you are headed in the right direction!! I am camp bmr/tdee. You need to look for the groups: eat more to weigh less, and in place of a road map, both of these group will keep you informed, and motivated to eat more!!

I pumped exclusively. Under food, -20 cals per ounce. Make sure you eat back those calories and your exercise calories. Otherwise, your supply will diminish.

I have an employee that says she bathed her dog. Reading that you just said bAthed. She says it batht, like bath then adds the ed on the end. No matter howmuch she is corrected, she still says it. Most of my pet peeves have been stated, but that one kills me!

Slow down running!!! That is the hardest thing to running, learning how to pace yourself. You will get there. I ran my first mile ever in April. I stopped running for two months, from May to July. I started running again in the middle of July. I now regularly run 5k. If I can, anyone can.

I did c25k on the treadmill only. Then started running outside. I find running outside much harder, as the treadmill helps you along. Absolutely amazing job! Inspiring. After losing 34 so far myself, I decided I am more concerned with getting physically fit, than I amabout the number on the scale. I haven't lost in a while, but I can run miles now, not just seconds. The scale is not always that important!

You can add breast feeding into your food diary. I pumped exclusively, so I logged -20 cals per ounce pumped. This adds cals to your daily consumption. Make sure you eat those calories! Or you will slow production.
