Setting smaller goals is the way to do it. There was a time when I could not walk up a half a flight of stairs without getting dizzy, now I'm able to go hiking. Just keep at it. I know you can make it happen. :wink:

I have taken a workshop from Suhaila Salimpour and Jim Boz. I missed the one with Rachel because I had to be out of town that time. :sad: Rachel is amazing to see live if you ever have a chance to you should!

I've been using the Road Map for about a month, but I think I will have to re look at my levels. I have added more activity to my week and just want to make sure that I'm in the right place.

I was not able to get to the gym as much as I wanted to last week. I did go down by a half pound (not bad concerning I only put in about half my normal time:ohwell: ). When I did my measurements my hips were a half inch smaller. :smile: So all in all it was a good week and this one is going to be a great one!
