  • I have heard you should drink half your weight in water (in ounces that is), ie: if you weigh 200 lbs you should drink 100 ounces of water a day. I have a hard time drinking a lot of water, I could go all day without drinking much more than my morning coffee :drinker: I definitely lose weight faster when I get that water…
