i'll reply to myself then in case anyone else runs into this issue. here is how i solved the problem...by logging 25 min strength, 20 calisthenics (vigorous effort), 20 low impact aerobic. that pretty much covers the dvd.

The grocery stores sell carbonated flavored waters you can mix with rum or vodka. Cranberry-Raspberry is good. Buuuut, so is Peach or Strawberry flavor. If you go out your best bet is diet coke & rum, or vodka & water. I knew a guy who would straight up drink a shot of tequila in lieu of actual drinks. yuck!

I second that - I wear a normal under wire (old) bra and then put my regular sports bra over it to strap those babies in. i am a 38D and it's okay so far.
