I’m in the same boat. I’ve drastically cut carbs, I’ve stopped all alcohol. I exercise at a dance class 3x a week, I track all my food, and I keep gaining and losing the same 3 pounds. I’ve been at this for over a month. I’m just about ready to go crazy

I pay $74 a month and love my gym and all it's classes. I got tired of the machines very quickly but the classes, yoga, Pilates, aerobic dancing, Zumba, etc. never get tiring. Make sure the gym you choose has lots of options.
