  • Starting insanity in about two weeks. Prepping myself first. Heard it is really intense so getting ready.
  • Do not always go by the scale...take your measurements. Also we tend to under estimate our calorie consumption...there could be a difference of 5-10%. So check that out as well. "DON'T CHANGE YOUR GOAL, CHANGE YOUR ACTIONS". Keep trying..your will reach your goal soon and your patience and effort will definitely pay off.…

  • The healthiest way is to aim to lose 10% of your weight...it will be more sustainable but if you think losing 20lbs is what you want this month....u have my support!! My plan is to lose 10lbs by the end of this month...I m starting at 135lbs. What's you plan for the deficit?? Only diet or diet n exercise??
