Sierra, Congrats on your great progress. You look great, but then I also think you looked great in your before pic too. You are a great inspiration to others onMFP, so thanks for sharing your story.

I'm trying to burn fat, so I do my morning workout before breakfast so my body has to burn fat for energy. I have a protein shake and nutrition bar after my workout before going to work. I'm no expert, but that's what I do.

I'll turn 55 next month. Determined to get fit and trim while I am still healthy enough to do so.

Yeah, I definitely understand. I lost 110 lbs a couple of years ago and got "turkey waddles" as a consequence. Been exercising regularly but the loose skin is not going anywhere.

I like to add fruit, usually blueberries but any fruit will do. I have also used Greek yogurt instead of milk with cereal. Tastes great with Cheerios.

I entered my measurements on the website and discovered that I am an inverted triangle! That's right, it says "The bearer of large breasts, a generous tummy and a broad back to support your ample front. You’re an inverted triangle. Balance your figure and draw attention to your gorgeous pins with a pair of sexy stilettos."…

I weighed 320 when I went on a medically supervised ultra low calorie diet in 2011. I was at 216 lbs at my final weigh in in December 2011. After going back on real food my weight climbed back to 240 lbs over the next year. I am now back on a diet and trying to lose weight the slow but healthy and hopefully more…

Ok so this thread reminds me of a story i heard about a couple of dudes on a hiking trip in the Yukon wilderness. The huge bear was gaining on them fast.....the guy frantically exclaimed "we can't out run him he's too…

Mine are all over the place but average between 2000-2500 per day. And that's with approx 500 cal/day of exercise. I have lost about 10 pounds over the last 3 months. Not setting any records for sure lol
