@ely2789...I loved ice cream at one time too, but now I make my own using a frozen banana, flax seed, PB2, a smidge of soymilk mix in food processor and POW...The Best Ice Cream ever!! :happy: can use frozen strawberries too....YUM!! :smile:

5K's daily here...started out wearing headband to keep the sweat pourin in my eyes but then the sun was too bright so now I just wear a cap and that keeps me in the shade :glasses: :happy:

I work 3rd shift, sleep most of the day away, so when I get up in the middle of the afternoon, do my exercise routine, run errands, etc. by the time I get home it's well past 5:30PM. I soooo miss drinking coffee! I used to drink a pot a day, but due to an ongoing medical condition I had to give it up entirely. Now I hang out in the coffee aisle at the grocery store breathing in the rich smell of coffee! :blushing: :laugh: :happy: :smile: :wink:

Unless the Protein Powder is totally labeled "For Men & Their Muscles" I look at & read all the stats on Protein Powder to make my decision. In the past I went with GNC's Lean Shake powder but the price was ridiculous so I started to pay attention to the Threads…

I tried both years ago, pop tarts have been around for along time, then came toaster strudels a more rich style for the rich I said. I'm able to gaze at both of them at the grocery store & walk on by without a 2nd glance! I have more important foods to contend with these days.....in the produce section, in the health food…

I ate very little for Breakfast, skipped Lunch but exercised & workouts big time today, so when it was time for Dinner I ate little of this & little of that so in the end I could eat some Easter Candy & not worry/stress about going over my stats....Enjoyed Family & Friends time & it definitely turned out to be a GREAT…

Sounds like a Great Recipe/Low Calorie Soup, but be careful for those of you watching your Sodium Intake, it's a Killer for me as my body tends to hang onto Salt/Sodium of any kind :mad: :angry: :explode: :grumble: I'll leave this Soup for the ones that don't have trouble with Sodium :smile:

@nataliecarter....Not exactly eat as much as you want. Keep in mind every fruit/every amount has calories, check in the database and you'll find out how wrong "eat all the fruit you want" isn't the case! Trust me, coming from WW to here it was like a reality slap in the face for me. Mind you fruits and veggies are better…

Here's an easy, cheap way to make lentil burgers. Purchase a can of lentil soup, add oatmeal, bread crumbs if you have them, some spices and form into patties. Spray PAM in pan and cook till done. Use condiments like a person would on a burger....:happy:
