Geez you guys are making me hungry to Ride! Here in WI we're in the dead of winter sort of speak. Daytime high temps reaching -12 and nites of -40 degrees windchills! I look at my Bike everyday and think....I Wish it was Spring, I Wish it was Spring, I Wish it was Spring :grumble:

I've heard of a simuliar Recipe: Using Protein Powder and add ins included: PB2, wheat germ, etc. They are GREAT tasting and definitely Boost your Energy Level! :smile:

Pure Protein Plus Complete Protein Blend with Whey @ Sam's Club I buy the French Vanilla and add in whatever fruit I want. I use in place of a Meal prior to my Work-out!

I wouldn't do it simply because juice isn't filling enough and that one meal would have to be high in protein, etc. to trick your body without going into starvation mod. I've done 2 Protein shakes and 1 meal a day every once in awhile just to get back on track and I've had success with that. My Protein shakes consist of:…

Snacker here as well. Everyday (my mainstay for breakfast) I make popcorn in the air-popper! Spray w/ SmartBalance and sprinkle w/Mrs. Dash Fiesta Lime, Oh My Gosh it's AWESOME!! I work 3rd shift and when I get home I'm hungry & air-pop popcorn does it for me, just enough to fill me up w/out adding a lot of calories…

Check out Vegetarian Books at a bookstore then choose 1 or 2 or 3. I have a whole Library of my own when it comes to "Cookbooks" be it regular or Veg. Cookbooks, I love reading the recipes & "experimenting in the kitchen" :love: :devil:

It happens to everyone, not just you. We need to focus....hurting ourselves one day & starving the next day to get back on track only hurts our body and self esteem goes right out the window.
