  • For the ones that want to know the Nutritional Data, Calories, etc. Type in the Protein Powder you use, plus 1 cup of Oats, PB and then you'll find out what it adds up to....it's just that simple. I'm definitely going to try them as I'm tired of buying Protein Bars with added stuff I can't pronounce and a high sodium…
  • Using reduced sodium black beans is great! But check sodium stats on taco seasoning ouch!! :grumble:

  • Extra Firm Tofu, drained, wrapped in plastic & placed in freezer a few days. Remove & thaw, slice long way place in a 13x9 inch pan coated with a little Olive Oil and pour Barbeque Sauce over slices & bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 - 40 minutes, turning over slices half way thru......Talk about a Sweet Barbeque.....YUM!…

  • Eggs / Omelets are GREAT when made at home cause you know what goes in them. At a restaurant they add too much grease, sodium, etc. Totally turns me off, so I stick with 1 pancake & s/f syrup. You learn & move on, jus sayin.... :smile:
