You need to increase your food intake especially working out as much as you do. For my speed walking 5k's I park my car right dab at the starting line, I must have gum to chew & balm on my lips to prevent dry mouth & lips then I take off. I once did the 2-week Natural Clease purchased at GNC. Pill form to detox your body while eating smaller meals.....once was enough for me....From Experience I'd say stay close to home...toilet becomes your Best Friend, jus sayin....:laugh: :noway:

I don't do that whole "fast food" thing!! It's just not for me. I always carry nuts or make my own trail mix and put in my purse for emergencies....there's no way I'll do "fast food." So NO, You are not alone :flowerforyou: :happy: :smile:

Check online the Restaurant you're going to prior to eating there...most have menu's posted online. I did that before eating at Olive Garden and Applebee's...it was great then I could estimate what the rest of my day was going to be like for eating. :smile:

If you can get thru the day without eating back your calories burned... DO IT!!! It helps in the end. If you're finding you need to grab them and use them, oh well that happens. Every day is different, Every day is a new day....Good Luck! :happy:

When I want to pump up my calories I'll use Silk Lite Soymilk Orginal, only 60 calories per 8 oz. glass. Otherwise I'll mix my protein powder with water, golden flax seed & PB2.....it's so tasty, I love it!!! :happy:

I always make a veggie lasagna w/out noodles....it's AWESOME!! In place of the noodles, slice zuchinni the long way and put down as you would with lasagna noodles, oh my gosh you are not going to miss noodles, believe me! :smile: :happy: :bigsmile:

I found WW to be sugar-coated as in eat all you want fruits and veggies and still lose weight is so not true!!! Joining MFP gave me a "slap in the face" reality because "eat all you want" is a cruel joke!! Check the foods listed on MFP! Welcome to the REAL WORLD of foods and eating :smile:
