juicing 2 meals a day and eating one for weight loss

im looking to lose 5 pounds this week, do you think this would be a good way to do that?

You most have to fit into something ?why five pounds ? I would ask is going to be something you can maintain.....i would try it for awhile .diff good for diegestion .i dont know about the five pound thing ...your young and im sure active just make sure you are getting enough to fuell your day ..good luck.......0

I wouldn't do it simply because juice isn't filling enough and that one meal would have to be high in protein, etc. to trick your body without going into starvation mod. I've done 2 Protein shakes and 1 meal a day every once in awhile just to get back on track and I've had success with that. My Protein shakes consist of: Soymilk, High Protein Powder, 1/2 frozen banana, PB2, Ground Flax seed, blend and you have a Super Delicious Shake! Sometimes I'll add raw spinach/fresh kale for a green shake. Good Luck.0
