Someone mentioned use the Laughing Cow lite cheese. I tried it & never again....Laughing Cow good with crackers/raw vegs. only! Rickland Orchards All Natural Greek Yogurt Bar! Comes in either Cranberry Almond or Blueberri Acai. They're really good & filling. Another kind is the Nature Valley Trail Mix chewy granola bar Fruit & Nut. The Rickland Orchards are the Best though. :happy:

When I did my daily 5k speed walk, I'd count out 12-24 & eat them after my work-out. They're a great source of protein. :happy:
