  • Thank you! I realized that I have been lifting my toes when I'm doing squats. This has put a lot of pressure on my knees. So I'm more conscious of what I'm doing now. My elbows, however; this has been a problem since I was a teenager. Tennis elbow symptoms but I've never played tennis. Thanks for all the help you guys!
  • Thank you! I'll try just about anything at this point! I'm just afraid to lessen my workout schedule!
