  • It could be your shoes, I had a pair once that killed my knees. As soon as I replaced them, the pains stopped.
  • I work on weekends only, so I set my activity level according to my home life during the week and then put in "walking slow/moderate" under exercise on the nights I work.
  • Look for childhood toys that you like! I bought a jump rope for home and love it. 5 minutes here and there feel great. My mom has a big exercise hula hoop, fun alternatives to running in place.
