I also love Jillian Michaels. I have done 30 day shred, ripped in 30, no more trouble zones, and am currently doing body revolution. I am thinking about Turbo Fire or T25 next though. I've heard good things about them. The Jillian Michaels DVDs have definitely made me more toned and changed my body a lot.

I'm up at 5am every day. There are definitely mornings I don't want to get up but I drag my butt out of bed anyway. Also, I sleep in my workout clothes most nights. Then I roll out of bed and get straight to it. It's just part of my routine now. I'm even considering waking up at 4:30 so I can do a slightly longer workout.

I read an article on this. The biggest thing I took from it was big busted girls shouldn't get sports bras without a clasp. It said something like--if it's big enough to stretch over your body like that its too big to be supportive. I found a couple from Kohls that clasp in the back and they do seem to give me more…

Nice job! I feel like I'm constantly thinking about what's next. I don't want to give myself the excuse so I want to have something planned. Have you done any of Jillian Michael's other DVD's? I've also considered T25 or Piyo. For me, planning ahead is key.

Has anyone used a spiralizer? I bought one and you can spiralize zucchini and treat it like pasta. I'm not going to lie, it's not the same as pasta but better than nothing! I made it for my sister and we both thought it was pretty yummy :)

I love Jillian Michaels DVDs. As tough as it is, I wake up at 5am every morning to get my workout in. Now its just part of my routine. I tried working out after work but seemed to find more excuses. For me, exercising while everyone is sleeping is key.

Just started JMBR on Tuesday. After doing her 30 day shred and going straight into ripped in 30, I felt like workouts 1 and 2 were pretty easy for me.
