  • I stopped going to that doctor a long time ago because he just kept telling me that I had to lose weight but never actually told me how. So now I'm on my own.
  • Oh I forgot to mention that when I log my food, I leave about a 200 calorie space for error. So I log like 1000-1100 calories but I consider it like 1200-1300 calories because of possible errors
  • I have a food scale so I measured everything. When I had the ED I was eating around 600 calories a day so when I increased it to 1500 I gained all the weight back and more in a year and half. Now I suspect that my body is stuck maintaining at 1500 since the weight gain stopped
  • I've been an avid calorie counter for 2 years. I weigh and measure everything so that I know exactly how many calories, grams of carbs, protein, and fat are going into my body.
