I guess I don't understand why you aren't allowed to have a scale? Like a lot of people have said now, your weight can only be told by a scale. I lost a lot of weight before getting pregnant and I had lost 50 pounds. I never took a break in there, I kept going full on, head strong and I succeeded. I would have to agree. I don't want to drink a shake rather than eat a meal. I need more nutrients than just protein.

Thank you, ladies. I am not planning on doing hard workouts right away. I am going to start eating healthy, counting calories and working towards a good milk supply but, I am than going to start walking once I feel up to it. After the 6 weeks, I am hoping that I can get moving even more and get on a good exercise routine.
