Lol seriously!!!! don't do cardio cus you'll get sweaty, so than he better not do a damn thing but sit on his *kitten* all day cus he'll get sweaty. And who says hes goal is to get jacked? I did not read than anywhere, he asked about cardio not getting jacked and pumped.

They should just get rid of that because if someone doesn't lose that weight that they say they should they may get discouraged

Its probably because their just as unsupportive as your friends and know it and don't appreciate being called out. That behaviour i8s exactly why I ditched weight watchers, bullies and negative people that can not put themselves in your shoes and think they are perfect, well ignore them cus their not.
