  • lol def got the math wrong. not looking at pounds of fat, looking at what i weigh which is about 185-188 so 1850-1880 calories is what I shoulr be eating.
  • Not all the time....,I gained 26lbs in 8 weeks on effoxor and I worked out 5 days a week and was on weight watchers. Been 2 years and Ive lost 6lbs

  • Okay that's snippy. I wasn't trying to be snippy I just don't think how I spend the rest of my life is a topic Id like to share with anyone. If I mess up and get sick taking these pills Im a big girl and I have no one to blame so just don't think theres a point discussing that.

  • Ive tried that, I swear to God I was eating so much fruit and veggies I thought I was going to turn into one. I am having a hard time figuring out what to set my calorie goal for, so either way I am gaining.

  • No Ill learn how to survive on smaller portions because that is what I will be getting my body used to. Whether I am going to do this for the rest of my life is my concern, I am just asking for reviews that's it

  • I just need an appetite suppressant more than anything and I don't know what to get. And trust me Ive tried more water, more protein, more veggies, more everything and it doesn't work I eat out of boredom and that's a lot

  • 5`7 and 122lbs and your worried about gaining, seems you should be trying to gain.
  • The 30 minutes doesn't bother me and I have the bowflex so I do weight training 3-4 times a week I just don't know how many times a week i should do intervals. I do an hour on the treadmill 5 times a week now but its getting boring and once I start school and my christmas break is over I won't have time for that.
  • OMG thats my 3 year old right there lol. If I even roll over I swear he can hear it from his room than he wants on the treadmill with me and if I wont let him on he'll either turn it off or throw toys at me.

  • Yeah that sounds very healthy and doable, ummm no. You'll end up in the hospital or your grave before your bf even walks through the door.
  • I tried the Atkins, it made me crave ice cream and I hate ice cream lol. I think Ill do the 80-90% and have a splurge meal once or twice a week. I cant restrict myself yet everyone is saying I have to cut out everything and I am sick of hearing it.

  • I haven't stepped on a scale in a while, I don't feel a difference and I don't feel like my clothes are looser. I do cardio daily, trying for 30 minute intervals 4x a week (2min walk 1 min run), I walk everywhere, and I have the Bowflex and do a weight routine 3 times a week.
  • Lol chocolate should be a food group. It is annoying oh no carbs, no fruit, not this, not that, its hard to survive eating chicken and salad all day everyday.
  • I gained 26lbs in 6 weeks on it (no way it was from over eating, I actually lost my appetite) And its been two years and I've only lost 10lbs no matter what I do.
