Apparently theres a 5 year warranty on the fabric, but after 6mths mine turnes to crap and I wore them like 2-3 times a week for walks. But if you go in to exchange they won't let you, warranty my tush.

I changed it from 2lbs a week to 1 lb a week, I think 1200 might have been too low. So even if she ate all her activity calories back she still lost weight?

It put me at 1290 calories a day., That may be too low for me. Im trying to just do cardio to burn as much fat as possible than add in weights.

I've had tons of scales. The last one was from weight watchers and I weigh 197 but if I used that I could go as low as 176 than a minute later 168 than 184 than 203. Wow was it ever way off lol. Good for you though, goodbye 2 lbs of unwanted fat

Its not even nosey people that bug me. The gym I used to go to was mostly big buff guys and the girls would try and get their attention. How do I know this? They dressed extremly skimpy, would stick out their butts if a guy walked by and had a pile of makeup on their faces. You want to pick up a guy, the gyms not the place…

sirrerse, so you were working out 6 days a week than? Did all that cardio help you lose weight faster? I think I might just work out 60-90 min 5 days a week. The intervals on the treadmill should be enough to burn some fat on my thighs. I want to be realistic and not go overboard than get bored and quit.
