  • This is my biggest problem. I would say not eating when you're not hungry is a good thing, especially if you're dealing with food addiction, but your advice to eat the minimum is also good. I would say to strike a balance: make sure you're not just bored before you eat by drinking a big glass of water and waiting 20…
