I do p90X. It has a yoga day. My entire upper body is more defined now than it was when I started 8 months ago. My shoulders and arms are larger than they were. I am not a physician or any other sort of fitness professional. This is my opinion only, but it is tempered with relavent expirence. You absolutely need to give your body time to repair itself after lifting weights, and you should not work the same muscle groups as hard every day. I do P90x, and it works for me. The…
