It's been -20 windchill this week, so I missed two days of going to the gym-and now I have to work extra hours all weekend that correlate with the gym times! So i guess i'll do task one-planning out all my meals!

My goals: I started doing 100 days of fitness, so continue doing that. 45 min of cardio 6 days a week. Log everything (hard to do with my anniversary dinner tomorrow night!) Drink more water Watch the pounds hopefully come off!
