Hey lady! Welcome to MFP! Lots of good suggestions, tips, and tricks on this site. Supportive friends are good to have! I've found several on here :) I'll send you an add!

I'm always looking for more support to give and take! Feel free to add me! Make sure that your food diary is open to get feed back on what you're eating.

I would definitely say that you are not eating enough. I would also say that an hour of excercise is good, but try to push yourself. The more the better! (For the most part, don't over do it) Also, drink more water and watch your salt in take.

Good job on being clean and sober, it's not an easy thing to do. I found this site to be rather helpful and everyone here is super supportive. If you're looking for more support, feel free to add me :)

Honestly, I would consult a physican. If there is something really wrong, they can help fix or take care of whatever it might be. I'm sorry I can't be much more of a help :/

I hear that!

That is beyond irritating! That's why heavier people stop going to the gym. Luckily, the gym I go to, there's a ton of supportive people. Even the girl behind the front desk who's in good shape is super nice and genuinely sincere and she's good conversationalist while on the treadmill or bike :)

You aren't the only one... I can go out to a primarily straight bar with friends and catch the eye of one person, but when I've gone out to a primarily gay bar I don't get looked at. Don't take it to heart. You might have someone you don't notice eyeing you. ;)

I love me some ladies :D I'm also super supportive!

I started writing this massive story and realized that I could paraphrase. I've always been a bigger girl. I never really fit in with the kids I went to school with. I was definitely a comfort eater. I can definitely say that that has ended. It certainly has been difficult, but it's working for me and I'm liking the…

Hey there! I'm Liz and I'm 21. I started at 275 lbs, size 24 jeans, 3XL shirts. I've lost 10 lbs since I last weighed myself. My size 24 jeans are a little loose, which is good. It was around Thanksgiving last year that I decided to buckle down and get serious about weight loss and being healthy. There's no reason for me,…

I've really been wanting to quit smoking, but I've heard that once you quit you gain a bunch of weight. I'm trying to lose weight, not gain it. I'm not sure if that's true or not...

Haha alright, thank you very much :)

Thank you very much! :)

Thank you very much! You think I can find those books at the local Barnes & Noble?

I'll send you an add :)

So I've been very curious about getting into this type of lifestyle. How does one go about such?

I am, and I can say that this process sucks doing it alone :(
