Be gentle with yourself. The scale can be your enemy. If you know you are doing the right things, your body will respond...not always when you want it to (like when you step on the scale), but it will. Have faith in your goal and each positive effort. Don't beat yourself up. You are doing great!

I completely know what you mean. I get so excited in the begining and do everything right and then somewhere along the way it starts to slip away and before I realize it, the number on the scale gets stuck in one place after a 10 pound milestone and it stays...and I lose my motivation.
