I just did the fitness test (which was Day 1 of the last challenge) as well as Day 1 of the 2.0. Today is also my arms day so I am going to do my arm workout from the Tone It Up girls! How would I record the Challenge??

I try for 7, however some days are active rest days, where I do a really light workout, yoga or go for a nice long walk/hike. Other days I push really hard, and do a few workouts....

Feel free to add me. I am the same way...its so frustrating when you are not seeing quick results. I have been going strong for 40 days, and am working my butt off, but haven't seen the changes in weight or inches I wish I were, LOL./ I am 5'6 and would love to lose 45-55 lbs.

Thank you!!! I think because I have more than 50lbs to loose I was just expecting the first few weeks to loose more than I have. I limit my carbs, but not obsessively, I switch up my videos so my body doesn't get used to the workouts, I also go on the treadmill and walk several times a week. I have not lost inches!!! But…

youtube has TONS of full workout videos. Same with Pintrest if you are on there, they have tons of workout programs for at home. Get videos from the library too! :wink:

I don't log my daily grocery shopping....but If I am out for a night or afternoon of shopping I will put in half....
