When i looked into this product i read somewhere that it can alter your thyroid function? In my head we shouldn't be messing with the gland that controls our metabolism if we want long lasting weight loss. I could be wrong though.

Yeah, everyone reacts differently, but i think it has something to do with the hormone cortisol which is released when stressed. I would google it, it can hinder weight loss.

At uni (exercise physiology) we went through this. Exercise alone for 12 months, 30-45min/day, 55-75% VO2max averaged ~3.2kg weight loss and in the short term (3 months) only ~1.5kg (0.5kg for walking based programs).
