Hey kaypat09, Wha's your net calorie goal? I just started with MFP too and it gave me a 1200 goal so I may need to change this too.

Hi April! I'm totally new to MFP having just got the app a couple of days ago. I know how you feel as I'm always hungry too! I try to eat proteins every 3 hours or so which keeps hunger at bay quite well :) and keeps the metabolism going. Thanks guys interesting discussion. I just got the MFP app and was wondering what to do with the exercise calories. I now log my exercise under exercise notes so it doesn't affect my net calories for the day. Thoughts?
