I'm right with you, I'm 5'3 and weighed myself yesterday. I've gained 13 pounds since my last weigh-in! I think it's muscle because my measurements are the same, but even so, I'd like to lose a couple pant sizes. I know it's possible, for me and for you as well.

No, it's not safe to hold it. You can get a bladder infection doing that too much. Just pee! lol

When I eat ice cream, I wait for the edges to melt and eat that part only. And I keep doing that until it's gone. I think that's about it. haha

I've been a vegetarian for 2 years and I'm interested in going vegan, too. I've tried and failed, but I think my problem was not getting enough protein and calories. I may try again using smarter methods.. I'm going to keep checking this thread for ideas. haha

Yum! I used to love Bulgogi when I was still eating meat.. however I am now a vegetarian. Would this recipe be ok if I substituted tofu for the meat? It looks great!
