You don't like water? Seriously? I can understand if you drink from the tap and it tastes of weird minerals and dirt or whatever, but clean, purified water is tasteless. It's instinctual to drink it. :P

At home I had dumb bells and a used Nordic Track Skier. I normally used to do pilates or circuit training videos. Now that I'm in college there's a free gym I have access to.

technically yeah but I find that if I let myself eat junk I just keep eating it and it's hard to stop, which is what has been going on with me the past few days. it's better to eat cleaner for me, but eating whatever you want as long as it's within your calorie allowance might work for you.

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism when I was 16- I'm 19 now. Once I started taking medication, my weight slowly reduced. Without trying, over a year or so, I lost about 20 pounds of my extra weight. It's trial and error as far as the medication goes, and you'll have to regularly get your blood drawn and tested, but it's…

I think I've read that negative calories are a myth. Anyway, I don't log zero calorie drinks like plain unsweetened tea or water. What's the point, really..?

I'm definitely going to buy girl scout cookies if I can. I love samoas and I really want to try that new "nutritious" variety they have. I am at a point where a certain amount of junk food makes me feel sick, so I think I can deal with having one or two cookies per day.

Fast. I try to slow myself down, though. As long as I eat the right amount, I think it's ok, but I do think eating slowly is better.

I decided to become a vegetarian because one day something just clicked: every bit of meat I've ever eaten was an animal, with a face and feelings. It absolutely disgusted me because I relate so well to animals. Every time I tried to eat meat after that it felt too wrong, so I stopped. I craved meat for the first few…

I'm a chocolohic as well, and I'm not actually kicking any cravings by doing this... but almost every night I have a cup of hot cocoa with soy milk before bed. It fills me up and fulfills the craving for chocolate completely, preventing me from snacking on other stuff for the rest of the night.
