What should I eat?

Hey everyone
Well today I fell off the wagon and had a McDonald's when I was with a friend. So I've had 1560 calories which is 300 above my goal. However I've burnt off nearly 700 working out in the gym and walking.
So, what can I have to eat cause I'm rather hungry. I've got 355 left because of my exercise

    An apple with peanut butter? That's usually yummy and filling.

    Eat a well balanced meal and start again tomorrow. One day will not kill all of your hard work or progress. :)

    Eat a healthy dinner. Lots of veg and a good lean protein.

    When you get off the toilet tomorrow, start anew and remember that nasty feeling :)
