  • I READ IN ONE OF OPRAHS BOOKS THAT YOU CAN GO FOR UP TO 6 WEEKS WITH OUT SEEING A CHANGE IN WEIGHT LOSS .IT COULD JUST BE A BIG PLATEAU, SO IF YOU HAVEN'T GAINED ANY BE PATIENT IT WILL SHOW A BIG LOSS SOON.

  • i cannot take diet pills they build up in my system and make me so hypher i just want to jump right out of my skin. i would be up all night if i took diet pills. i suspect that is why you cant sleep
