I want to suggest to everyone who is frustrated with scale an app called “Happy scale” It does take in account weight fluctuations and does all sorts of predictions when you reach your next milestone or goal. I’m attaching screenshots. You need to play with settings. I weight almost everyday but it’s not necessary.

Congrats to great losses, guys! And hugs to the ones who had been disappointed with the scale numbers. Remember the number on that evil thing doesn’t measure real progress. @CassieGetsFit2013 I like mine cold right from fridge but I think you can heat them too. I never tried. This is my late breakfast (early lunch as I do Intermittent fasting) today, I added some banana and Quaker oatmeal square cereal and sprinkle of honey, too.

I wore size 5 junior jeans today :D I haven’t worn them for about 4.5 years... and they fit comfortably, no muffin top look haha So - yes I’m having a great Sunday :) Steps over 11k so far, water still have around 50oz to go to 120, food 1420 cal, exercise 45 min slow walk with my kid :) (it’s my rest day) Hope everyone…
