I would first start out by doing a little research!...yogurts, cheese and granola bars are very BAD!!! The key to curbing appetite is combining the right amount of protiens and carbs...a granola bar more than likey has around 10-20 carbs in it...unless its home made...so therfore your metabolism kicks into overdrive to try…

I would stay away from the scale at least for a week or 2! sometimes the scale can be a little discourging on a day to day basis...because it take a while for your body to adjust...i mean expample your not going to lose 10 lbs over night....so i do it at least every 2 weeks!!

Im 24! when I did my lab work for an insurance policy my results werent too great so im trying to lose some weight! im on my second week and Im still hangin in there...its tough! but im getting married in march so I need to stay strong so I can look great in my wedding dress!!
