Congratulations on becoming the "new" you! 200 lbs is impressive, you should be proud of yourself.

I agree. I hope those kids get tried as adults and locked away for the maximum amount of time possible. Period.

Don't let others influence you to break from your plan. With that in mind, may sure your plan is flexible enough to deal with the unexpected.

Look in the mirror naked...that's my motivation. It doesn't get any simpler than that.

Two thumbs up!!!

Do you log everything? Alcohol? I don't know if you drink but that would be one question. I think you are having the problem that I was having. I wouldn't eat more than you are, I would customize your macros differently and stop using the default goals. Go to settings, goals, the select custom. Right now, I would say you…

1. You aren't consistently logging you food. There are days a time where you haven't logged and some of the entries don't appear correct (beef dinner that has no sodium? and you drink vodka straight?) 2. Do you measure/weigh your food? From your portions in your diary I would assume no. 3. Do you drink water? You aren't…

^^^This! Congrats on getting started. Keep us posted on how things are going.

Great story and example why we just have to keep pushing day in and day out.

Here are some thoughts...you should open your diary so people can see how you have been eating. How long have you been doing this without results? Are you losing any weight? It could be that you are losing inches and replacing the fat with muscle so the scale isn't giving you the real picture. Did you take measurements…

Great job, love the determination and commitment. You should be proud

My advice is to get yourself out of the familiar situations where you get the urge to smoke if you can. For example, people who you smoke with at work - ask them not to ask you anymore. Clean your car and remove the ashtray to remind yourself you aren't smoking in the car anymore. Remove the ashtrays from places you smoke…

Amazing progress, congratulations! You should be proud of yourself, we know it wasn't easy. Oh, i almost forgot - HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

FYI, on the biggest loser their "weeks" can range from 10 -14 days of 6 hours of working out a day if not more. Don't compare your results to this because those are not "real world" conditions. Also, try to weigh yourself right when you wake up for the most accurate results and consistency. Keep in mind, weight loss starts…

Ummm...you've only been tracking for a couple of days. You are on the right path but you definitely need to spice things up with some flavors, fruits, veggies, nuts, different proteins. The easiest way is to look at recipes online of foods you like or look at other people's diary with similar goals as you that are doing…
-
Open your diary and we can see how you've been tracking. You could easily get to +1200 calories but we need to see what you've been doing over time

inspiring results, congratulations

I started 30 DS this week and for level 1 its only dumbells, not sure about the next 2 levels.

Days that I know I am going over my calorie goal because of drinking I just do more exercise (run). I also have switched my drink of choice from gin and tonics to whiskey on the rocks. Save some calories there but make sure you eat before and try not to get caught in a bar hungry. If you do eat at the bar, try to go for…
