I usually use measure cups to measure my food, or I just get the closest I can to a measurement and log it in. I have found it difficult to find specific foods or quantities, so I just substitute the closest. I got subway one day, and it was one of the worst food mistakes I made. I thought I was doing something healthy, 9 grain bread, ham, provolone, spinach, bell peppers and lots of other veggies with honey mustard and light mayo. It cost me about 950 of my 1,200 calories for the day! Hard lesson learned!
