I eat mostly vegan food! :P I'm lactose intolerant, can't handle too much meat :/ and I'm just having a harder time mentally accepting it...but I do love fish :). Carb hints and help would be GREATLY appreciated here as well!

If you're still looking for a protein powder, Whole Foods makes a great soy protein powder :) :) It's cheaper than Spirutein and just as delicious and great for you! Good luck! I am also lactose intolerant and can't eat eggs. I understand the breakfast difficulty!
