I have it and do it on my day off with JMBR. So once a week I am doing level one until I feel like I did the whole thing well. Then I will move to level two and three. It is really good it does target those problem areas

Just did day 3 and I am hurting. It hurts to sit, stand and walk. I did the Brazilian Butt Lift for 3 months and stopped in Nov.
