I'm trying for the following on each level: 3 days Shred 1 rest day 4 days Shred 1 rest day 3 days Shred I plan to incorporate some type of cardio 4-5 days a week along with the shred. Hopefully that will make up for my rest periods during the Shred cardio sessions. :)

Day 5 is done.. At the end of the workout my playlist was on 'All I do is Win, Win, Win no matter what!' Right on time! Day 6 tmrw, bring it on!

That dang cardio feels like someone is punching me in the side!! Can't breath bent over..ughhh but its much better!! I will not be broken...not by by Jillian M!!!!!!

What's with the freakin' armpits!!!! I started Monday with a MFP group, and by Tuesday night my armpits were killing me!!! Much better today.

DON'T give up!!! It's really hard the first few days..take some meds and stretch it out. The soreness will go away. I'm on Level 1 Day 3. It gets better every day.

I do 30 min on the elliptical and some stationary biking. Try to get an hour in ontop of the 30DS. I need all the help I can get!

Soo true abut socking her.. I'm a little (a lot) older then most of you but I love to work out to Eminem and Lil Wayne. The beats keep me going!!

I mute Jillian and put on some really loud exercise music! Makes the time pass much faster!! Her voice is sooo annoying! Lol

Job well done mom!! I've also voted for your beautiful son. I'm a special needs teacher, and can tell you 'my' kids mean the world to me. Love each and everyone ofthem as they were my own. I'm an advocate for my kids and have almost been fired, because of my fight for my babies. May God Bless you and your family.
