Place snacks in the trunk if possible. . .lots of veggies, gum, water! Most Fast food places offer under 500 calorie meals/options! Subway has some good options and BK has apple fries (Never tried them but its a healthier option). Good luck and drive safely.

You can subsitute Whey Protein for flour when you make baked goodies! Equal Exchange too! Special K bars/crackers, carrots and other select veggies (will be ok for 14 hours), individually packaged items (fruit snacks, cheezits, 100 cal snacks) will be good if you can stick to 1 pack! GUM- lots of 5 calorie a stick gum!

Wrap it in foil with some cooking spray or olive oil, garlic, and pepper! You can of course add salt or other spices. My favorite is to add horseradish (fresh)! Pop it in the oven or on the grill for 10-12 (or until done to your preference)!

I love Duran Duran! AAR Rock and The Clash are awesome, but I workout to either country music (I somehow get lost in it and don't focus on time/distance) or Hip Hop. . .gets my body moving! lol Or most 80's that I can sing along with- people don't like when I sing aloud in the gym! Oops!

I log my gum, but I do so because I chew gum when I want candy or sweets. . .so it helps me track when I want candy/sweets. Its a way to help me learn if there are triggers for sweets. . .but at 5 calories a piece it never impacts my caloric intake (and I have like 6 pieces a day too! 2 at a time)!
