Egg whites- bout 17 calories each! Whey protein Brownies- I have a recipe that ends up beign about 100 calories a serving and 52g of Protein. Made with apple sauce instead of fat and protein powder instead of flour.

I have lost nearly 60lbs. (about half pre-MFP), and have had 7 weeks of plateau and recently had a binge weekend and happened to lose 3lbs. . .sometimes the body needs more energy, which MFP can't adapt to. And sometimes we just need a change! Good luck with the No Carbs thing and let me know if it works!!

Wednesdays around 8/8:30am I only do it once a week because it can fluctuate but I chose Wednesday because if I have a bad weekend I have 2 days for make up! Substitute Applesauce for butter and whey protein for flour- super pops! Or diet soda or pureed beans (but they are not as good)!

Any good gym will have a dress code, as much as I hate it! But I don't think its anyone else's business what I work out in unless I am causing a potential health issue or damaging the facilities/equipment. I saw smaller clothes at about 20-25lbs lost and now that I am down 56lbs (since I started, prior to finding MFP) I am seeing a visual difference and of course a 2nd round of smaller clothes. I am pretty short (5 foot 2 inches ish) so I think it was easier to lose clothing sizes, but also harder to see a visual difference!…

AWESOME!! Isn't that the best feeling!!! I tried on pants the other day in the size that I last purchased and was also down (2 sizes)! Crazy, fun, exciting!

After 3 days of this workout I also learned that more stretching = less pain later on! I do the quad stretch about 3 times for 10 seconds, each leg and that has been a life saver. Still struggling with the jump rope and butt kicks- I can do them the first time but after that its next to impossible so I do quick knee lifts…

Started yesterday (level 1- first timer) and today was tough because my legs killed (OUCH!) But I am hoping it works since I have a goal set that I want to meet on Aug 2nd! I can use/need any support out there- I can find any excuse to NOT workout!

Thanks all- been perusing CL for about 3 months and there are few in my area less than $250 but I may have found one today! My luck is I ask and then one just pops up! I had been using one at my local gym but I hate paying nearly $40 a month for a service I can barely use with my work schedule :(

To cut sodium you can use no salt added tomatoes, beans, etc. and add spices to flavor the soup! It cuts a HUGE amount of sodium! Enjoy!

Peanut butter! I am not a fan of protein shakes, so I make protein pancakes/waffles or protein "brownies/cake" and who doesn't love cake for breakfast!! lol

I would add habanero's or other super HOT chili's for the spice/heat factor! I love the salsa too- the hotter the better!
