I love them! But they have so many calories! 170 per pop!
I found the recipe http://thelittlehenhouse.com/2011/04/05/eat-your-heart-out-starbucks-its-a-cake-pop-tutorial/
How could I make this somewhat lower calories? I just love them so much.

There is a Weight Watcher recipe where you take a cake mix, like spice cake and mix in 1 & 1/2 cups of applesauce and it makes really yummy muffins, I don't know the calories but I remember one muffin was 3 points. I bet you could substitue any cake mix. You would probably have to wing it on the icing though, use splenda with a tiny bit of liquid... Not sure about that. The muffins were super moist and delicious, maybe you could find the recipe on line... good luck, sounds great!

Substitute Applesauce for butter and whey protein for flour- super pops! Or diet soda or pureed beans (but they are not as good)!

Switch out sugar for stevia in the raw. the body processes it as fiber, doesn't do anything to blood sugar or insulin, and it's sweeter than regular sugar!
