Change up whatever you are doing. Change the cardio, increase intensity and change up your diet too. Your body gets used to whatever it was doing.

I'm in the same boat. Experimenting with dif. changes.

first tried not eating my exercise cals back. no difference.

then went over my cals for a bit-but not extremely, lost a pound.

so I decided that maybe I was working out too hard/doing too much cardio. so I changed my goal from losing 1lb a week to .5. it upped my cals. I'm going to stick with this for a week or two and see what happens. today was my first day of this, and I didn't eat all my cals.....

so we'll see.....sorry I can't be more specific/helpful. the key is to change something, I like trying to change one thing at a time and give it some time to work..or not.

also, I'm within 10-15 lbs of my goal, and folks say those last few come off harder/take longer than the first ones....

I am also fairly religious about my water intake. LOTS of water.

Same problem a while back. Upped my net calories from just over 1200 to close to 1500.

I plateaued about 6 weeks ago, went ATVing one weekend for like 18 hours and lost 3lbs, and then have plateaued again. . .I have seriously changed my workout and nothing :(

    I need help too!

A friend suggested 2 days of cantaloupe (one per day- a quarter 4x a day), lots of green veggies and lean protein (nothing else). I am going to try it next week if I don't have a loss by Monday AM! It is supposed to jumpstart your metabolism. You can substitute an orange for each quarter of cantaloupe but lots of people have trouble with the acid.

I took a peek at your food diary. You are doing well on calories, but I would suggest filling those caloric goals will more fresh fruits, vegetables and lean meats. Think wholesome, healthy foods from the produce, deli and dairy sections of your grocery store. You've had some better days, but not enough of them. There should be no reason you aren't eating all day long and still coming close to your nutrient goals. You may want to add Sodium to your nutrients tracked as well. With some of the processed foods, this number may be higher than you think. It doesn't hurt to watch that number.

If you have been doing the same exercise routine for more than 3 months, it may be time to challenge your body with something new. Keep your body guessing!

Lastly, hang in there. Plateaus suck! But we eventually push passed them and come out smiling on the other side. Good luck!!!

I wrote a post on busting through plauteaus a few weeks ago, and it's helped a lot of people. I hope it helps you too!
