Has anyone else noticed that there numbers change the next day. Yesterday when I went to bed I had 47 calories left for the day But this morning I flipped back to yesterday to make sure I added an item and discovered that now my calories were in the negative? This is the second time I have noticed this?

I love the fact that now I can slide my jeans off without unbuttoning!

I found it easier to track my deficit when I got my fitbit tho, because I always know where my burn is compared to what I have eaten.
-
I lose better when I manage the deficit and I feel better if I find that m y deficit is more than 500 I will eat back to where I should be for my day and I still lose an average of 2lb a week. I don't want to go into starvation mode and screw up my metabolism because I ate too little for my activity level. .
