  • SW 2/26/13: 281.5 Last 2 Fridays: 3/1/13: 279 3/8/13: 272.5 6.5 lb loss but essentially the first full week since starting to eat better again.

I'd take it with me to work and I didn't want anyone to know I was drinking Slimfast so I drank it out of a brown paper bag; it dawned on me that didn't look so good either hah. Also my roommates girlfriend once asked if I know they were supposed to be meal replacements... as if I was drinking…
  • Not crazy... I feel the same way. I read some success stories that start with, "I used to be in shape and the weight kept adding year after year..." That's not me. I've been up and down up and down up and down and up all my adult life. So, yeah, it's hard to not feel like any weight loss is temporary until I blow it again…
  • The thing I like about this is that you explain what and how you did it... I like all these success before and after photos, but I'm always curious to know the whats, whens, whys, and hows. Excellent job.
