Haha I bet. I'm afraid to switch from any Jillian DVD because I love her approach so much! What DVD did you start? I'm really looking to get more into strength training but wasn't sure if that was possible with a DVD.

Haha okay, good to know! Not that you having balance issues is a good thing but I'm glad to know someone else out there had a similar problem. I'm nearing the end of Week 2 of Level 1 and Jillian still kills me :( For some reason this workout doesn't get any easier and I'm kind of terrified for Level 2. Anyone still keeping up with this?

Your progress photo is great! I can definitely see a difference in only the three weeks. Is level 2 any harder? Also I'm really just desperate to get rid of this tiny last bit of lower belly fat that I have. I really hope this dvd helps!

Could I possibly join in? I have done 30 DS and just finished RI30 in January. I just finished my first week of 6W6P last week! I was part of a group for RI30 but wanted something for 6W6P as there aren't that many groups for it and I'd love the support! Is anyone close to being done/have any real results?

Just completely finished Ripped in 30 and couldn't be happier! Day 5 Week 4 was today and I feel great. Am I ripped? Not really. But I have lost about 7-8lbs total and another inch off my waist! We have almost exactly the same measurements! Mine are 36", 28", 38". And same! Normally when I go below 125 people tell me the same. I think we have pretty similar body types which is interesting to see how the shred works for both of us. Any new results??

Thanks so much! I'm definitely really happy about my results but still have a ways to go. Jillian is the only thing that has gotten me closer to my goals and I hope this can inspire some people! I'm 5'2" as well. I think 125 is a good weight for my height considering I have a medium-sized frame.

I loved 30DS! I started with 30DS before Ripped in 30 because I hadn't exercised in a really long time, and I read that 30DS is a bit easier than Ripped. Thanks for the response! I'm thinking cutting out dairy definitely helps. I've cut out all milk and have switched to unsweetened almond milk but I still eat cheese and yogurts a few times a week which may be a hindrance. But overall you've given me some good snack ideas! :D

That's so great! I'm on Day 4 of Week 3 too! Can't wait to be done. I've only lost maybe 3 lbs on RI30 but did have a cheat meal or two one weekend when I drank a little too much (oops). I live on the 3rd (top) floor of my apartment and yes it does make a little bit of noise for some of the cardio exercises, nothing too crazy, but I don't think you should be super concerned. You're only doing each exercise for about 30 seconds each, 2 minutes total each circuit, and 6 minutes throughout the whole workout.…
