Thanks for all the advice guys! I think my plan now is to plan out all of my meals in advance and to maybe stick to one or two treats on the weekends and limit my alcohol consumption. I'm almost finished with the Burn phase. I do love Chalene and I'm really happy with her workouts so far. I haven't seen too many results yet though in the 4 weeks I've been doing this. I've actually gained weight and inches and I'm not sure why :( When do you all start seeing results?

Great results! Wow! And I just saw all of these posts! Really excited for CXL and I'm hoping to really get the results I've wanted :( I'm only 15 lbs from my goal weight and want to just tighten! Sigh... but starting my second week of Chalean and I'm loving it!

Sorry for a late response! Glad to inspire you :D I ate roughly 1300-1600 cals a day depending on my work out and would try to focus my macros at around 25-30% Protein, 30-35% Fat, and 40% Carbs

Thanks so much for all your feedback!! Definitely feeling more motivated. I think I'm going to look into P90X since I tried Insanity before and it was a bit too insane for me haha, my boyfriend has also been trying to get me to lift with him so I may go that route too. It just intimidates me so much -_- but thanks again!

I've been doing NMTZ about 3 times a week for maybe 2 weeks now? I was able to do the whole work out the first time I tried it, but some days I'll only go through circuit 5 and I'm ALWAYS pouring sweat. Thanks for sharing this! Probably going to start with NMTZ 3 times a week and 6W6P or BFBM 2 days a week. Another random question, has anyone had any results with NMTZ flattening that last bit of tummy fat? I would say the quickest fix and best suggestion on here is dry shampoo. I have very thick, curly, and colored hair so I can only wash it every 2-3 days or else the color will rinse right out of my hair and it looks even more damaged.
