I get frozen chicken tenders and grill them and grab some veggies.. Super good when seasoned with lemon pepper.

I stay away from the cafeteria and cook at home as much I can. I'll pack a lunch and snacks for the day when I know theres no point in running back to my apartment. When I do eat on campus it's usually grilled chicken and a side of veggies or salads:)

I cook my chicken in a pan with lemon pepper seasoning. It's so yummy and I add vegetables with it, very filling as well!

Try drinking a glass of water.. usually it's from thirst but when I'm hungry but not ready for a meal i grab a special k protein shake. People are idiots. This one girl saw a picture of my boyfriends ex girlfriend on Facebook and made the remark, Wow he really likes big girls.... Like seriously, I was a size 6 and smaller than her... Dont let anything get you down!!

I drink a protein shake after I workout. It gives my body the right nutrients to repair itself and keeps me nice and full through the night until the next morning.

An iced green tea unsweetened and add stevia or splenda to it.. Super good!

I'm having the same problem as well! I've decided to switch it up and add in some higher calorie items and more veggies with my chicken. I also added in a protein shake which helps add some calories but still gives me some good protein :)

Some people are just hard headed and rude.. Dont be discouraged! Your family will be impressed when you fit in those tiny dresses!:)

I would say get a few key pieces like jeans and few blouses and then go on a shopping spree when you hit your goal!:)

I use Stevia and Truvia and they are both very good! My mother has them in little individual packets which are easy to take on the go!
